By purchasing any course, study material pack, PDF, video, notes, formula sheet, guide, test series, subscription, or any other digital educational product or service from us, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
2. Nature of Our Products and Services
Maths at Your Fingertips provides digital educational products and services, including but not limited to:
• Online courses
• Recorded video courses
• Live or batch-based online classes
• PDF study material
• Notes and guides
• Formula sheets
• Practice question sets
• Test series
• Downloadable study packs
• App-based learning material
• Digital educational resources
These products and services are digital in nature and may be delivered instantly or shortly after successful payment through website login, Android app access, email, WhatsApp, download link, user dashboard, or other digital delivery methods.
3. No Cancellation After Purchase
Once a product or service is purchased from Maths at Your Fingertips, the order cannot be cancelled.
As we sell digital goods and digital educational services, access may be activated immediately after successful payment. Once payment is completed and the course, study material, PDF, video, download link, app access, or other digital product is delivered or activated, cancellation is not allowed.
4. Final Sale Policy
All purchases of digital products and services are considered final.
Customers are requested to carefully check all product details before making payment, including:
• Course name
• Class, subject, exam, or category
• Product description
• Study material details
• Access period
• Content format, such as PDF, video, app access, or downloadable file
• Language of the content

5. Cancellation Requests Before Delivery

At our discretion, we may provide support or suggest an alternative product, but we are not obligated to cancel, exchange, or refund the order.
7. Duplicate Payment or Extra Payment
If a customer has made duplicate payment for the same product or has paid an extra amount due to a technical or payment gateway issue, they should contact us with valid proof of payment.
After verification, if we confirm that a duplicate or extra payment has actually been received by us, we may process a refund of the duplicate or extra amount.

8. Failed Payment but Amount Deducted
If payment fails but the amount is deducted from the customer’s bank account, card, UPI, wallet, or other payment method, the issue is usually handled by the concerned bank or payment gateway.
If the payment is not successfully received or confirmed by us, the order will not be treated as confirmed and cancellation will not be applicable from our side.
The deducted amount is generally reversed by the bank or payment gateway according to their own process and timeline.
Customers may contact their bank or payment provider for failed transaction reversals. They may also contact us with payment proof so that we can check whether the payment was received by us.
9. Non-Delivery or Access Issue
If payment is successful but the customer does not receive access to the purchased course, PDF, video, study material, or digital product, this will not be treated as cancellation.
In such cases, the customer should contact our support team. After verification of successful payment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the purchased product or service.
Technical issues, login issues, app access issues, download issues, or incorrect contact details do not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation.
10. Live Classes, Batches, and Online Sessions
For live classes, batch-based courses, online sessions, webinars, or time-bound learning programs, cancellation is not allowed after successful payment unless specifically mentioned in the course details or offer terms.
If a class is rescheduled, postponed, shifted, or converted into a recorded session due to unavoidable circumstances, we may provide a revised schedule, recorded class, alternative session, or other suitable access at our discretion.
Such rescheduling will not make the order eligible for cancellation.
11. Institutional or Bulk Orders
For schools, colleges, coaching institutes, organizations, or bulk buyers, cancellation terms may be governed by the quotation, invoice, purchase order, agreement, or written communication shared at the time of purchase.
In the absence of a separate written agreement, this Cancellation Policy will apply.
Once institutional access, digital files, course access, or study material is delivered or activated, cancellation will not be allowed.
12. Subscription or Limited-Period Access

• Customer shared, copied, resold, or distributed our paid content
• Customer’s access was suspended due to misuse, piracy, or unauthorized sharing
14. Payment Gateway and Bank Timelines
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved for duplicate or extra payment, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Razorpay’s documentation states that normal refunds may take around 5 to 7 working days, depending on the refund type and banking process.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, wallets, or other third-party payment service providers after the refund has been initiated from our side.
