This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from Maths at Your Fingertips through our website, Android app, social media channels, WhatsApp, payment links, Razorpay payment pages, direct payment gateway pages, or any other official payment method.
By purchasing our courses, study material packs, PDFs, videos, notes, formula sheets, guides, test series, subscriptions, or any other digital educational product, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.


2. Nature of Our Products
Maths at Your Fingertips sells digital educational products and services, including but not limited to:
• Online courses
• Recorded video courses
• Live or batch-based online classes
• PDF notes and study material
• Formula sheets
• Practice question sets
• Test series
• Downloadable study packs
• App-based learning material
• Digital guides and educational resources
Since these are digital goods and educational services, they may be delivered instantly or shortly after payment through website login, app access, email, WhatsApp, download link, user dashboard, or other digital delivery methods.


3. No Refund Policy for Digital Goods
All purchases made from Maths at Your Fingertips are generally non-refundable.
Once payment is completed and access to the course, study material, PDF, video, download link, app content, or digital product is provided, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This is because digital products can be accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or consumed immediately after delivery.


4. User Responsibility Before Purchase
Before making any payment, users are requested to carefully check:

• Product description
• Access period

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled after successful payment if the product access, file, link, course, or study material has been delivered or activated.
If you make a payment by mistake, you must immediately contact us before access or delivery is provided. We may review such requests at our sole discretion, but we do not guarantee cancellation or refund.


6. Duplicate Payment or Extra Amount Paid
If the same customer is accidentally charged twice for the same product, or if an extra amount is paid due to a technical or payment gateway issue, the customer may contact us with proper proof of payment.
After verification, if we confirm that a duplicate payment or extra payment has actually been received by us, we may refund the duplicate or extra amount.

7. Failed Payment but Amount Deducted
In some cases, payment may fail, but the amount may be deducted from the customer’s bank account, card, UPI, wallet, or payment method.
Such cases are usually handled by the bank or payment gateway. If the payment is not received or confirmed by us, we will not be able to provide product access or issue a refund from our side.
The deducted amount is generally reversed by the bank or payment gateway as per their own timeline and process.
Customers may contact their bank or payment provider for such failed transactions. They may also contact us with payment proof, and we will try to assist by checking whether the payment was received by us.


8. Non-Delivery of Product
If payment is successful but you do not receive access to the purchased course, PDF, video, study material, or digital product, please contact us at the official contact details mentioned below.
We will verify the payment and provide access if the transaction is successfully received and matched with your order.
Non-delivery due to wrong email address, wrong mobile number, incorrect WhatsApp number, wrong login details, or incorrect information provided by the customer may require additional verification before access is provided.


9. Technical Issues
If you face any technical issue in accessing the purchased product, such as login problem, download issue, app access issue, link not opening, or file access problem, please contact our support team.
We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the purchased content.
Technical issues do not automatically make the order eligible for refund. Our first priority will be to resolve the issue and provide access to the purchased product.


10. No Refund for the Following Cases
Refund will not be provided in the following situations:
• User changed their mind after purchase
• User purchased the wrong course or study material
• User did not read the product description before purchase
• User expected different content without checking details
• User is unable to study or use the material due to personal reasons
• User downloaded, viewed, accessed, or received the digital product

11. Course or Content Updates
We may update, modify, improve, replace, or remove course content, PDFs, videos, study material, app features, or access methods from time to time.
Such updates or changes do not make a completed purchase eligible for refund.


12. Live Classes or Batch-Based Courses
For live classes, online batches, webinars, or time-bound courses, cancellation and refund will not be allowed after payment unless specifically mentioned on the course page or offer message.
If a live class is rescheduled, postponed, or shifted due to unavoidable reasons, we may provide a revised schedule, recorded class, alternative session, or other suitable access at our discretion.


13. Institutional or Bulk Purchases
For schools, colleges, coaching institutes, organizations, or bulk buyers, refund and cancellation terms may be governed by the quotation, invoice, written agreement, or official communication shared at the time of purchase.
In the absence of a separate written agreement, this Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply.


14. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved in exceptional cases such as confirmed duplicate payment or extra payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where possible.

If you raise a chargeback, payment dispute, or complaint with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we may submit proof of product delivery, access activation, communication, invoice, transaction details, and usage records to the concerned payment gateway, bank, or authority.
False claims, fake payment screenshots, misuse of chargeback process, or fraudulent disputes may result in suspension of access and further action as per law.
